RIO RANCHO RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

Residential Curbside Automated Collection; carts are provided by Waste Management.

• Limits: The contents of the cart only.
  
  
• Good Advice: Bag your garbage, it helps keep the environment free from litter and keeps your cart cleaner.
  
  
• Placement: Please place your carts on the curb with the lid opening towards the street no later than 7:00 am.
  
  
• Additional Carts: Available for a nominal fee.

• Residential services are billed directly from Waste Management.

HELP IS AT HAND:

Waste Management contributes, annually, a lump sum amount to the City of Rio Rancho for low-income assistance for payment of solid waste fees.

These funds are administered by Storehouse West. Waste Management urges all who qualify to take advantage of these funds.

Note: If your household's income is low and it is a struggle to pay your Waste Management bill, help is available through Storehouse West, a Rio Rancho non-profit organization under contract with the City.

Call Storehouse West at 892-2077 during office hours to learn more, Mondays & Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12 :00 PM and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Wednesdays from 12:00 noon to 4:30 p.m.
