ALBERTO GUARDADO NEW MEXICO DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS The New Mexico Director of Operations, Alberto Guardado, is responsible for the daily operations and management of the New Mexico market area. Guardado is a 14-year veteran of Waste Management, who has held numerous leadership roles during his tenure with the company. Beginning his career in California, Guardado is a second-generation Waste Management employee. Guardado holds a business degree from the University of San Diego.
PATTI O'NIELL FINANCIAL ANALYST The New Mexico Financial Analyst, Patti O'Niell, is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Reporting of all data, customer billing and receivables, internal systems and procedures are Patti's function under the administration of the contract.
MARLENE FEUER GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS MANAGER The New Mexico Market Area Government and Public Affairs Manager, Marlene Feuer, serves as liaison with state and local elected officials and staff to assist the divisions statewide with contract management and compliance. Marlene also works with staff at the local and state level on legislative issues pertaining to solid waste management.
PAUL CASAUS OPERATIONS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER and DISTRICT MANAGER / Central New Mexico Paul works with other District Managers on operational issues. He makes improvements in routing efficiency and customer service. He leads the team on rerouting when necessary. As District Manager, Paul, is responsible for assuring that unsurpassed quality service is provided to customers in Central New Mexico, Santa Fe, Taos, Grants and the East Mountains. Managing operations is the heartbeat of our organization and Rick assures that the daily requirements necessary to ensure safety, reliability, and convenience are met. The District Manager's daily interaction with route managers and drivers is of prime importance to the overall compliance with all contracts.
MIKE FOSTER LANDFILL DISTRICT MANAGER - RIO RANCHO SANITARY LANDFILL AND VALENCIA REGIONAL LANDFILL Mike is a Certified Landfill Manager with fourteen years experience in the solid waste industry. He has been employed with Waste Management and Sandoval County as a Landfill Manager.
BILLY "SHOTE" FORRESTER LANDFILL DISTRICT MANAGER - SAN JUAN COUNTY LANDFILL Shote is a Certified Landfill Manager with fourteen years experience in the solid waste industry. Shote has a strong background in special waste disposal and management and has a thorough knowledge of environmental regulations.
